SISTEM PEREDARAN DARAH

1. Darah
--> Adalah cairan berwarna merah yang terdapat dalam pembuluh darah.
  
   A. Komponen Darah
         Darah manusia tersusun atas plasma darah dan sel-sel darah. Plasma Darah adalah bagian darah berupa cairan jernih kekuning- kuningan. Plasma darah mengandung 91,5% air dan 8,5% zat terlarut.

Sel darah merah (eritrosit) berbentuk pipih, tidak berinti, dan cekung. Dalam sel darah merah terdapat hemoglobin. Hemoglobin berfungsi mengikat oksigen dan CO2 . Dikarenakan Hemoglobin mengikat oksigen darah manusia berwarna merah.

Sel darah putih (leukosit) berbentuk tidak tetap,berinti, dan tidak berwarnah. Bergerak secara amoeboid mampu menembus dinding pembuluh darah. Dalam 1 milimeter kubik darah terdapat sekitar 8.000 sel darah putih.

Keping darah (trombosit) berbentuk tidak teratur, tidak berinti, dan ukuran nya lebi kecil dari eritrosit dan leukosit. Dalam 1 milimeter kubik darah, terdapat sekitar 250.000 keping darah. Keping darah berfungsi dalam proses pembekuan darah. jika terjadi luka keping darah akan membantu proses pembekuan darah.
